Area Info

Orange Beach sits right on the sugar-white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Gulf Shores, Alabama is just to the west and Perdido Key, Florida neighbors Orange Beach to the east. The past few years have seen a lot of growth in the popularity of Orange Beach, both as a tourist destination and a residential area. As Baldwin County continues to grow and improve, so does Orange Beach. Gulf-front condos and condos with boat slips here continue to set the bar when it comes to luxury and amenities. First-time visitors are often lured back time and time again, thanks to the spectacular amenities, spacious units, and beautiful views of the surrounding area that the condos in Orange Beach have to offer. The Ono Island community, located on the natural barrier island just north of Old River and south of Bayou St. John, is one of the most popular communities in Baldwin County. Aside from this area, there are a number of other waterfront subdivisions throughout the city, some of which have canal systems for those who like to travel by boat. The Gulf of Mexico is widely known as one of the best fishing areas in the world, so you know the seafood here is amazing! Among the numerous restaurants in the area, it’s the Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar that is the most popular. This roadhouse offers live music every night and hosts annual events, the most popular of which is the Mullet Toss.

Orange Beach has always been known and loved for its natural beauty. You have the emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico close by, of course, but you also have numerous bodies of water and the nearby Gulf State Park. Boating around Robinson and Bird Islands with a cold drink is a favorite pastime of both locals and visitors here, as is exploring the walking trails around Gulf State Park and fishing in Perdido Pass. Many of the condominiums and water-front homes in this area have boat slips available for residents and guests, including those on Ono Island.

The Enclave sits between the Silver Beach and Sunswept condominiums. These condos are ideally situated right across the street from two major shopping centers and some restaurants, so you don’t have to go far to find what you need. The Enclave sits right on the beach, which means units here have some pretty spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and those famous fiery sunsets every night. Some of the other condos in the same area of The Enclave include the popular Sea Chase towers and The Breakers.
